An official transcript is TMCC’s certified statement of your academic record. The official transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and includes the college seal and the signature of the Registrar.
For your protection, we will not release a transcript without your signature.
Current students with online Jenzabar access may view and print UNOFFICIAL transcripts free of charge at any time via the Jenzabar portal.
NOTE: If you are a former student, you will need to order an official transcript.
The Turtle Mountain Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official transcript ordering via the Web. Transcripts are transmitted through Pick-up, US Mail, Clearinghouse Electronic Exchange, or Secure Electronic PDF.
You will need a valid major credit card and an e-mail account to order a transcript online. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. The cost per transcript is $5. There is an additional charge Clearinghouse Electronic Exchange and Secure Electronic PDF.

We are unable to fulfill transcript requests for students who have a financial/business office hold, bookstore hold, or library hold. TMCC’s policy prohibits the release of official transcripts for any of the above holds.
