20 U.S.C. §1681
“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.” Turtle Mountain Community College (TMCC) will address all incidents of sex discrimination and sexual harassment reported to the TMCC Title IX Coordinator in compliance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the Clery Act, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended.
